We are extremely lucky at Johnstonebridge we have 3 classes dedicated to fitness and cover all levels , from low impact , to intermediate movement to sweat until you can’t go on!
Tuesday 1.30-2pm – Jack takes a Strength & Balance class – £1 donation asked to help cover hall hire charges.
Wednesday 10am-11am – Lyndsey from Active Communities, Dumfries and Galloway. An intermediate class , part seated. Using bands , rhythm sticks and small fitness balls.
Wednesday 6pm-7pm – Lisa , Lisa is a dedicated fitness instructor and will take you through your paces to get fit and stay healthy, a great class for keeping fit – Boxercise is the course running at present , come along at anytime you will be made to feel welcome.
And as well as all that ……… the Centre has purchased a running machine , this can be used for walking , jogging , or running. The machine has a gradient feature so you can push yourself a little harder if you wish. We ask for a £2.50 donation. The machine can be accessed between 8am and 2pm.
