About The Trust

The Johnstonebridge Centre and Community Development Trust was established in 2012. It is a registered charity SC043738 and company limited by guarantee SC429028. The Trust is governed by its Articles of Association which sets out its aims, objectives and powers. A copy of the Articles can be accessed here.

Board meetings are held every  4 – 6 weeks. Details of the next board meeting can be found on the calendar page. All members of the community are very welcome attend any Board Meeting. Refreshments are provided.
